4.96 “Made traveling a lot easier! Unfortunately communication was awful for us. We were sent a text about giving them all our info about our stay (which i did) and that they could have our things delivered and set up. Never received a text back & our things were not delivered/set up. When we did receive our items; things were brought that we had already cancelled. Slow at responding, would have to double text. Or cery confusing communication when things were already set. Overall its worth it for traveling but the communication could definitely be better. ”
