4.43 “Val was pleasant and communicative, however only 1 car seat was delivered when we had ordered 3. So right after our 20h flight we had to wait around for another hour for her to retrieve the other 2 setas. The car seats were old, dirty and kinda falling apart. The straps were not threaded correctly so we had to fix that, and ultimately one seat was not safe for our youngest child. I asked to get this switched out, an Val did deliver us a different seat. It was probably safer than the first one, but honestly it was falling apart so bad, it was probably not road worthy. The pack and play was delivered without sheets. Overall it made the beginning if our trip a lot more stressful that it should have been. Ive always used babyquip for gear in england and the US, and gear/service has always been immaculate, so this was pretty dissapointing.”
