She was proactive and overwhelmingly helpful from the moment I booked. Jen coordinated directly with me and the hotel so every item was staged and ready before our late night arrival in North Carolina. After a long travel day it was a huge relief to walk into a room that was fully prepared for our son. We rented a shatterproof baby car seat mirror, a Graco Pack n Play portable playard, a full set of books, Mega Bloks, and an additional baby car mirror for rear facing and rear view use. Every single item was spotless and felt brand new. The Pack n Play was perfectly set up and the toys and books kept my son happy the entire trip. He loved every item and played with everything right away. Jen went above and beyond at every step and made our stay comfortable and stress free. Easy to communicate with, caring and thorough.
