“Kayla was absolutely phenomenal! Throughout the booking process, she was incredibly fast to respond and helped navigate my mother-in-law and I jointly working with her. As for the airport, she provided guidance prior to us landing on where to meet her and how to navigate the airport. Once we arrived, she met us at the rental car area and stayed with us until we got our car. The car seats and portable cribs looked brand new! Everything was clean and in excellent shape. When it was time to depart, Kayla met us at the rental car return. She packed up everything and we did not have to worry about the logistics at all. Kayla was an allstar and I would 1000% rent from her again!”
