“lucy was amazing to work with! her communication was great and it made our trip so much easier without needing to travel with 3 carseats. our original trip was planned last minute and she was still able to accomodate it and then when circumstances changed those plans she worked with us to reschuled our rental. she was able to meet us right at our car rental at Logan and same when we were dropping the car off. everything went so smoothly and we will absolutely be renting from her again! thank you Lucy ☺️☺️”
