I am Coreen Limage and I decided to be a Quality Provider to help families spend more time with their children. As a first time mother to a premature baby, I understand the importance of cleaning for a child's health. I take pride in my cleaning and I clean each item diligently; just as I clean my own daughter's gear. Great product, timing inconvenience
“The pack n play we received was really clean and in great condition! We just had a bit of an issue with our product not being received in the drop-off window and only finding out 30 minutes prior to the end of it that it wouldn't be there in time. Besides that, great!”
Dirty items and poor communication
“I hate writing reviews like this, but had a really terrible experience and dont’ want the same to happen to anyone else. I had scheduled my items to be dropped off betwen 10-12. I did not hear from Correen so I called her around 11:50 and she did not answer. After a couple more attempts and a call to Babyquip, she answered and told me the items would be delivered by her husband at 12:50, which was fine and she gave me a discount, but the communication was not great. The items that arrived were as listed, but were not in great shape. One of the toys was visibly dirty and had raisins stuck to it which could have been a choking hazard for my little one. The jogger I rented had no air in the tires so I had to go to a local bike shop to blow them up. I cleaned all the items before I used them because of this. I scheduled the items also to be picked up between 10-12. Due to the experience I had with drop-off, I texted Coreen the night before asking when she expected to pick them up. She asked if she could pick them up at 6am or coordinate with the owner of our Airbnb for a later pick-up. When I asked if 10-12 was still possible, she said yes. When the time came, she texted me that “someone” would be there to pick them up in a few minutes and asked me to leave them on the sidewalk, which I was not comfortable doing as we were staying in a busy neighborhood and I didn’t want to block the sidewalk. It turns out she had sent an Uber to pick the items up, which she hadn’t let me know about and neither of us knew how to fold the jogger. Overall, it was a mess. I would not rent from Coreen again. ”
