“This was my first time using Babyquip app, after hearing from one of our close family friend who also uses this app whenever they go travel abroad. We were initially planning to bring our own stroller and borrow a car seat from rental car company, but knowing the quality of the car seat being so junk there, and since we completely forgot to bring our stroller, we decided to use Babyquip. Although it was so last minute, we were able to borrow a stroller and a car seat in a few hours! We initially had rented the cheapest options for both, but we were upgraded to better gears due to inventory issues, for the same price! Shiwanee was super commucative through text message and was very flexible with meetup time, place, and she was also very supportive by sending detailed instructions how to use them. It helped me a lot, amongst all the craziness with my 3 children! Not only that, the gears we got were super clean as well! We were so grateful to use them during our 4 day trip in Calgary, and we know we will contact her again if we do decide to come back for another Banff/Rockies travel in the near future.
