About the Snoo

Your Snoo rental comes complete with a fitted sheet and Snoo Sack for your convenience.

Please let us know in the notes which size Snoo Sack you need (small, medium, or large), or if you’d prefer to use your own.

Please note: Snoo’s app has recently moved to a subscription model. The Snoo you are renting includes access to the standard manufacturer settings and manual mode, but not the premium features. If you’d like those premium settings, I also offer a separate listing that includes the subscription.

Snoos work best on secured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Some hotels and rentals may have connectivity issues, and I cannot be responsible for this. To make things simple, your Snoo will be pre-set in manual mode so it can always be used by pressing the button on the front, even without Wi-Fi.

You’ll receive a password and login to use the app during your rental. Please do not attempt to pair your personal account with the device.

Delivery Notes

• Hotels: Please provide the name on your hotel reservation and your check-in dates. Whenever possible, I’ll have your Snoo ready before you arrive.
• Airbnb/VRBO: Share host details, access codes, or delivery instructions. I’ll do my best to set up a nap-ready environment. If no access info is provided, the Snoo will be left safely at the door.
• Private Residences: Please let me know if stairs are involved and whether someone can assist moving the Snoo. Gate codes or guard gate instructions should also be shared.
