“Staying at an Airbnb with a 4:00 check-in, our items were left outside before 11:00 AM and not set up. We had to carry the crib downstairs ourselves, which could have been avoided with proper delivery. There was no communication about drop-off—only the cleaners informed us. Pickup was similarly frustrating. Despite an 8–10 AM window and a 10 AM checkout, we had to move items outside because she didn’t arrive on time or respond to my concerns. We paid for delivery and tipped generously, but the lack of communication and service was disappointing—especially since we were told this isn’t typical for BQ.”

“The cribs, mattresses and sheets were all clean and in great condition. It was amazing to be able to find someone who could provide two for both babies. They slept amazingly on them! Shannon even worked with our VRBO to drop them off before we arrived and pick them up after we left, which made it so much easier for our group and schedule. Amazing products and services, would definitely recommend!”
