I wasn't there for drop-off or pick-up, but my parents noted she was very pleasant and were quite complimentary. This is our first time using BabyQuip and will certainly NOT be the last. Having high-quality and clean equipment delivered (and set up!) to my parent's place ahead of our arrival and then picked up after we left made this trip so much less stressful. ”
