“We had the BEST experience renting baby gear for our Disney World trip! We rented a double stroller, snack tray, parent tray, sound machines, and fans, and every single item was spotless, sanitized, and in great condition. The entire rental process through the website was so easy and stress-free, and the communication was amazing from start to finish. The welcome email with “how to” instructions and next steps was super clear and helpful, and the text check-in a few days before our trip made everything feel so organized and seamless. Pickup and drop-off were quick, easy, and exactly as promised. Alexa and Eric were incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive the whole time. This service truly made our Disney trip easier, lighter, and so much more enjoyable by helping us avoid packing all the extra gear. “We had an amazing experience with Alexa and Eric. They dropped off the crib and rocking chair right on schedule and were super courteous and kind when there was a slight change of plans. Everything was just as described and super clean. They picked up right on time when it was time to leave.
