“I'm very grateful that this gentleman was able to take over a transferred reservation from another person who couldn't fulfill the original order. He communicated well, showed up within the delivery and pickup window but I will say we were very disappointed with the quantity and selection of toys in the "Keep it Exciting" option. Maybe it's possible that every prior reservation we've ever had they just over delivered but we received a large storage tub that was less than halfway full and did not meet the expectations of the pictures and description. The great news is that my little one was still happy with the significantly fewer number of items, and we didn't have to travel with any toys, so we made the best out of it but it did not have all things that it should have had.”
