“we were staying on the 3rd floor and very steep stairs, in a busy neighborhood with limited parking. Ruud went above and beyond getting all of our gear upstairs and set up. the toy selection was perfect for our twins’ age. he also provided a cute set of cutlery as a gift. so perfect! ”
