In all of the times we’ve rented from providers, she was the only one to leave a sweet personalized letter and gift for our kids prior to our arrival once she set everything up. “We rented a stroller for 2 weeks and it all went swimmingly well, the stroller style was exactly what we were looking for, it was extremely well-maintained looked like it had only been used a couple of times. Communication was great with Mathilde, she contacted us to organize drop-off and pick up and that went without a hitch. A perfect experience!”
