Robyn is a first-time mom, to a 2 and a half year old, on oxygen (born at 26 weeks). Robyn has worked in the medical field her whole life (sanitation is her specialty *wink*), including ambulance, emergency room, and is also a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Sanitation and customer service are a top priority. Robyn and family travel often with their son, Oliver, and making family vacations as smooth as possible is a skill of hers. Robyn strives to think of everything and go the extra mile for her rental families, so please let us know if there is anything that you need or would like that is not listed!

The worst experience I’ve had with Babyquip by far!
“I have used Babyquip a total of 3 times now and this was by far the worst. Robyn was not great at communicating and when we got into our inn room, I noticed that there was a twin fitted sheet wrapped around the crib. I immediately emailed Robyn because it was strange to me. As I was talking to the inn keeper, she told me that they put that sheet on the crib mattress because what was provided with the crib was even more weird. She showed me and it was a scratchy black flat sheet that wasn’t even for a crib! Not only that but it had white hair all over it. Still waiting to hear back from Robyn, I emailed her again with that info and also told her that I was not happy because it’s not safe for the mattress to not have a fitted sheet made for a crib. I have a 5 month old. She finally responded with all sorts of excuses basically blaming the inn keeper. She’s a former nurse so should know the importance of safety and cleanliness. She finally dropped off a crib sheet but it was stained! I literally thought this was a joke… but it wasn’t. If you are looking to rent baby gear, I highly recommend looking for a different provider. ”
