“Penelope’s gear made travelling to visit my parents so much easier than it would have been otherwise! She had everything available as promised and it was all clean and in great condition. I opted for us to pick up the gear since Penelope’s house was right around the way from where we were visiting and we were able to go on our own schedule, which was very convenient. Penelope communicated well the entire time and I knew she was standing by if there was anything else I needed. Overall I highly recommend renting from her. Thanks, Penelope!”
