Was late for delivery
“gave myself of time to get the pack and play delivered got a text they were on the way. my daughter has to sleep in her stroller they were over 2 hours late. tried to say they tried to last minute transfer my reservation bedcause I only ordered a pack and play and it was such a small order. well they accepted the order knowing I only asked for one thing. They were charging for pick up and delivery so that is the cost of doing business. My daughter sleeping in her stroller wasnt the best for her first nap. My scheduled pick up was my check out date of August 1st. I get a phone call today August 11th that the pack and play is still at the hotel. I sent the person a message not sure if she got it because no one responded. so not the greatest of reviews for a simple pack and play for 4 days. owner needs better communication and follow through the item was just fine. ”
