5 “The highchair was missing a clasp on one side of the tray piece, so my niece discovered she could push the tray off of her. Once we noticed we were more mindful of watching her movements. Otherwise, the stroller and highchair worked great for my relatives during their stay with us. Kathleen was very kind to allow me to return the rentals at a different time when I realized when I’d have to get the family to the airport. ”

“kathleen was great to work with for the delivery and pickup of the items i rented. she followed up right after the rental to confirm timing for drop off and communicted when she was on her way. same for pickup. the gear was just what we needed and clean and ready to use. would def rent again from her. ”
