“The pack and play arrived almost an hour after the window we had requested which meant our over tired toddler missed his afternoon nap. Bree texted to let us know it would be late due to traffic in the area and needing to do other drop offs before coming to us. Item was much older/showed a lot more signs of use/wear than the photos. It would have been faster, cheaper and easier to use the hotel crib or bring our own after all the taxes and fees etc. Not a bad experience, but definitely not worth the trouble or the extra $30 this time around.”
