“Traveled to Miami to see family! Katrina was located just 12 min from my family’s home. Pick up and drop off were extremely smooth. She has great communication and customer service. I had originally booked 3 items but decided to bring our own stroller instead. She was able to update the reservation for me no problem. Everything was immaculately clean as if completely brand new. I will for sure rent with her for future visits. ”
