Excellent experience for first-timers
“This was our first time using BabyQuip, and the service and quality we received from Grace exceeded our expectations. The high chair was solid and sturdy for our squirmy infant. And the baby hiker worked so well, the baby slept in it for half of our three-hour hike at Bandelier!”
Mediocre
“Foremost, lots of chaos with this booking. Our travel plans required some changes further down our itinerary and communication on our pack n’ play rental was challenging. We had to go pick up the bed because there was an additional $25 delivery fee (even though the ad read delivery/pickup) and it was no breeze to find the business and the hidden pickup. We were then charged a $25 change fee for modifying the pickup window. It did not come with a sheet and was not sanitized. We were not going to inconvenience our travel further so we made it work but I was very underwhelmed with this quasi-luxury service. We were later refunded both $25 fees after following up, but the hassles have deterred future rentals. More likely to buy a pack n play on location for half the hassle and sell at the end of our trip or ship home. This service could have been significantly better with clear, real-time communication and no hidden or sneaky fees. I spent way too much time and vacation energy managing and stressing over this “fuss free” service. ”
