“Our experience with Caitlin was 10/10! We needed 3 car seats (infant, convertible & booster) and wanted to avoid the hassle of flying with them all & avoid using car rental company car seats. She monitored our flights & arrived when we were at our rental car. After 2 bad experiences with car rental agency car seats, using babyquip gave us peace of mind that our car seats were safe, clean & didn’t smell! Caitlin stayed to ensure proper installaion. We also rented a pack & play and she had sheets for us! Caitlin even accommodated our early retun flight for equipment pickup which took a big stress off our plate! We will use her again next time we fly into Sioux Falls. ”
