“Monica truly went above and BEYOND what i could have ever asked for. in the weeks leading up to my trip she checked in with me inquiring about the ages of my kids to make sure she brought age-specific toys, and even threw in tons of extras. my kids were in heaven! she was reachable throughout my stay if i had any questions and even met me at the airport after i forgot to send an item back, after she drove an hour to drop off & pick up my equipment. she made her travels from out of state so much smoother! thank you for everything, monica!”
