“Shelbie met us right at the door of the car rental building, which was such a relief after a long day of traveling with two little kids. The car seats worked great and looked new. As an fyi about the Graco seats we rented - not a reflection of Shelbie - they were much harder to tighten than the ones we have at home and dont have should pads which really bothers one of my kids when they are in tank tops. She was proactive in communicating with us and super easy to work with. ”
