“Nailah was great! She communicated with me ahead of time about dropping items off for me at the hotel. We used her pack-n-play and baby bathtub - both were in good shape & appeared clean. She even provided an extra sheet, which was nice to have! She made our trip to NYC easy. I would definitely recommend renting with her. ”
Late drop off and pick up
“1.5 hours late for drop off (daughter missed nap), 3 hours late for pick up (almost got charged an extra night as this meant I technically didnt “vacate” the room). i had to set up and breakdown the crib myself which in my 5 years of babyquip i never had to do before. ”
