“Stephanie went above and beyond and we are so grateful to her. After a long travel day with back to back delays, we ended up getting in well past the time we initially told Stephanie. We stayed in communication with her and she was willing to drive late in the evening to get our car seats to us around 11 at night when we were originally supposed to land at 3 PM. The car seats were extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you, Stephanie!! ”
