5 “Stephanie was excellent to deal with. This is my first time using Babyquip. I'm from Ireland and was travelling to Chicago and then on to Wisconsin. I wanted to make sure that my two boys had safe and clean car seats for all our travelling. I didn't want to use car rental car seats as I had heard many stories of how unsafe and dirty they can be. Stephanie provided just what I was looking for. Stephanie was excellent to communicate with from before I arrived at O'Hare right until we were departing Chicago. She provided perfect seats for my boys and they were so comfortable in them for the duration of our trip. Stephanie went out of her way to meet us on both occasions especially when we were dropping back the seats at the car rental at O'Hare. Rush hour on a weekday in Chicago was not the nicest time to be handing back equipment. I will use this service again on my travels not just for peace of mind but also for the convenience of not bringing car seats etc on vacation. I have no hesitation recommending Stephanie. She was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything ????”
