“everything was perfect. I made this rental at the last minute and I was a little bit worried, but Erica went above and beyond. she was super communicative about drop off and pick up. She interacted with the rental company to make sure the crib was there in advance of our arrival she even brought it up the stairs for us, which was super nice. she left our son a little surprise which was absolutely loved and she was great with communicating for pick up. have no complaints.”
