4.88 Incorrect Items & Delivery Times
“Two of the items we rented (Oxo Tot Collapsible Bathtub and 4-Piece Soft Climb Foam Play Set for Toddlers) were not delivered (different item sent.) We were given a head's up about the bath tub the day of the scheduled delivery and agreed to a swap, but we were not informed that the soft foam play set was not as pictured. There were about 8 pieces instead of 4, and they were much larger/taller than pictured, so my 8-month-old unfortunately couldn't use them. We were looking forward to using these for crawling practice and tummy time and were really disappointed and felt like we wasted the rental cost ($18.) Also, there were requested changes to both the drop off and pick up times we selected. I understand things happen, but I was not expecting to have to be available by phone to re-coordinate pick up/drop off during vacation. The baby bouncer and activity center were both in excellent shape, clean, and our baby enjoyed using them. Overall, would use this provider again, but would hope that the items they are sending better match the photo used for purchase.”
