4.86 Missing pieces, but it didnt ruin my vacation
“I rented a slumber pod, sound machine and the fan for the slumber pod. The fan was brand new out of the box but the cord was extremely short and it did not include the USB wall adapter so I wasn’t able to use it. Also the sound machine did not come with a charger and it died the first night. They refunded me for the first night and said they’d bring one to the front desk. They ended up bringing it to the wrong front desk (our hotel was split) and the hotel couldn’t find it. Luckily it was a USBC charger that my husbands phone also uses so we were able to use that to charge it, but even with a full charge it consistently died throughout the night. This would have been fine if I could have kept it attached to the charger all night but again we were using my personal charger for multiple devices. Ultimately these were all convenience items so it’s not the end of the world it’s just a bit frustrating since I did pay for them. I did appreciate their refund of the first night and their willingness to bring us the missing charger even if I wasn’t able to get it.”
