5 “We rented gear for our two little ones through Carole, and honestly, I'd give her ten stars if the app let me. Everything arrived spotless, safe, and exactly what we needed. When a nor'easter threw a wrench in our plans and we had to change locations at the last minute. I was fully prepared to panic. Carole didn't even blink. She rolled with it, adjusted everything, and made it feel like it was no big deal at all. That kind of flexibility was amazing and we were so grateful. Communication was quick and friendly, and delivery and pickup were totally seamless. Cannot recommend enough!!”
