Betty Siu is a full time mom, part time RN and a hobby baker. She juggles everything and anything. She is so excited to partner with BabyQuip and service families that are traveling to Vancouver or help local family members prepare for a visit. Betty and her husband, Rob are raising their 2 children in Coquitlam. They love the fact they have mountains and beach easily accessible within an hour drive. They love the mild weather and beautiful city. The Siu family is excited to offer high quality customer service for baby products so visiting families can travel light and have fun without worrying about the little logistics like baby items. “Betty was wonderful and so helpful. i had to book two car seats last minute when my children came to town while I was working in Vancouver. my employer had rented the car so they couldn’t add the seats for legibility reasons but I could. I reached out to a few people and Betty got back right away and said she could make it work. we got two seats and some books and she threw in a huge bin of toys to keep my kids entertained. She really did go above and beyond and the communication was great as well. With uodates and quick response time. just great! ”

“We had a great experience renting items from Betty. We confirmed our rental just a few days before our trip and she was quick to accommodate and make sure we had what we needed. She communicated frequently the delivery pick up and drop off timing so we knew what to expect which made the process very convenient. Everything was also clean and in good condition. “It was a great service and the crib and stroller were just as advertised. It was such a relief having the people drop off and pick up the equipment for me.
