4.6 Good Value but Missing Parts
“Overall, we were satisfied with the value and quality of the items. Tiffany was also responsive when we sent messages. We reserved a specific pack and play that included a bassinet and changing in the image on the reservation. However, when it was dropped off, those additional parts were not included. We asked Tiffany for the additional parts, and she brought them over the following day. When we went to put the bassinet piece together, we realized there were still pieces missing, so we were not able to use that feature. Tiffany apologized and provided a partial refund for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.”
