“The stroller was good and was delivered on time, only issue we had was the wheels on the stroller were pretty low in air so we had to add air. However the communciation was not good. I reached out with questions and i never got a reaponse. Only time that she communicated with me was when they dropped the stroller off but even when i had questions about pick up, No one got back to me. First time using this service so i had questions. I even reached out to customer support and they told me i need to wait for her to respond. I would use the app again for bookings but will try someone else next time. ”
