“We rented two strollers and a crib. Only one stroller was initially delivered, and I had to call to notify them. The second stroller arrived shortly after, but one stroller had flat wheels and non-working brakes, making it unusable. We had to rent another stroller elsewhere. The crib was delivered later in the day, requiring multiple deliveries, which was inconvenient. Overall, the experience was more stressful than expected.”
