5 “Wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommend. This was my first time using BabyQuip (or any baby gear rental company) for our trip to NYC with my 6 month old. Shannon's husband tracked our flight and met us at the airport right when we landed to drop off the stroller. It was seamless...same with the pick up on our way back. The Doona was clean and in good condition. Would 100% rent from her again!”

“Pickup and dropoff was super easy (we were staying with friends so we weren't going to be around for the dropoff, and Shannon was very easy to communicate with and texted me a photo when the pack & plays were dropped off. We also encountered a significant delay with our return flight home and needed to push our pickup to later in the evening -- Shannon was very understanding & flexible with our needs.
