“Immediatley, Danielle stood out as kind and helpful. she sent an initail message witg helpful info and stayed on too of our fkight details. Our flight was delayed which made out arrival nearly midnight! Danielle was there waiting when we arrived to the rental car counter which made the long day so much easier. then! i dropped fhe ball and showed uo too early for our departure but she didn't blink. she arrived as soon as she could which ended up timing perfectly despite my mishap. she made our travels so convenient and easy and we appreciate it!”
