“From the minute I booked my gear with Lauren, her service blew me away! She reached out immediately to make sure she had the right details for my trip and to ask about specific likes and dislikes for my children. She again reached out as the trip got closer to work out logistics and set the gear up directly in our room so we didn't need to worry about a thing after getting there late at night! And what a toy bin!! We have never had one that was so packed and full of fun, interesting toys specially curated for my children based on our conversations. Almost every toy was a hit and kept the kids engaged throughout our trip. I'm so glad we got to meet at the end and thank her in person!
