5 “Initially, we had made a reservation with a different BabyQuip provider and some last minute bad luck left us without a full size crib on the first day of our vacation! We really commend our original provider (Kayty H.) for finding a solution and shifting our reservation - and of course Maria was our hero who saved the day! She picked up right where Kayty left off and worked with our timeline to complete our reservation. I had trouble locking the wheels of the crib but this could have been user error - this was the only "issue" but it really didn't impact our experience (or my toddler's sleep)!”
