It was my first time renting baby equipment and it was easy and the process was smooth. Nicole was great to work with. I had to text her last minute to request another last minute item and she brought the item over to us that next morning. She did offer that evening but it wasn't needed that quickly I so appreciate that she went above and beyond for us. It gave me peace of mind that if something was wrong or if I needed something else that she was going to help in some way. I plan on renting from Nicole again!”
