“This was my first time using Babyquip and choosing Melissa as my provider was the best choice I could have made. She went above and beyond with coordinating meetups at the airport. We had delays coming into SAN and things worked out smoothly because of communication between us. We got a stroller and toddler convertible car seat combo and after learning how we were going to Disneyland and the zoo, Melissa suggested a stroller with bigger wheels that can handle the terrain we were going to be on. We truly appreciated that we did not have to lug a car seat and stroller with us for this trip, thank you again Melissa!”

“From the start Melissa was a fantastic person to coordinate with. My reservation ended up needing to be transferred and Melissa called me right away to make sure that it was ok she didnt have identical items and coordinate a drop off time instead of just a general 2 hour window which was SO appreciated. On our last night we did have slight accident where the pin fell out of the hinge on the crib causing the base to detach - no injuries were had whatsoever but it startled my son and Melissa called me right away after she picked up the items from our host and told me she would be checking all of her inventory to make sure that wouldnt happen again and was super apologetic. But overall the items were clean and in great condition! This is such a great service and we will definitely use it again in the future! ”
