“Kristina was SO helpful with all of the logistics of drop off / pick up. She dropped the Snoo off early which was a huge help to have it for naps the first day. Then she was very flexible when our flight was delayed the day we were leaving. The Snoo was clean and worked perfectly, and she included an extra sheet because we were nervous about spit up. She even threw in an adorable pets of DC book that we really enjoyed reading. She made our first trip with our little bub much easier - highly recommend!”
