Rolando and his wife are parents of two daughters. During those early years, they quickly realized how difficult it was to travel with young kids and baby equipment. They remember now how frustrating and tiring it was to drag a rear-facing car seat through Barajas airport and then to Washington DC Airport. Rolando knew that something had to be done! “There was a bit of a mix up on delivery which was a misunderstanding on my part, yet Rolando stayed around and spoke to a nearby shop on my behalf to drop off the stroller on my behalf. He didn't have to do this and it was so kind and helpful as we really needed that buggy 😊 Communication was great all along. Rolando, thank you so much !”
