My husband and I are the proud parents of two adult children. We've been in Las Vegas for over 10 years and reside in Summerlin. We enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer this includes the Red Rock Canyon, shopping, great food and the famous Las Vegas Strip. 2 “Tiffani was a great communicator while planning out my trip/reservation. She also gave me military discount, which I was very grateful. However, the reason for my low rating was just one hiccup, which could have been avoided but negatively impacted our entire start of our trip. My sister was scheduled to meet with Tiffani but Tiffani did not answer her phone calls or texts. 30 minutes-an hour has passed since my sister tries to get a hold of Tiffani and I try multiple times calling and texting 6+ times upon landing. She finally answers from my brother's phone and explained that she thought I was arriving the next day. After looking at my reservation, it clearly stated the correct date and timeframe. My sister had to wait for her arrival before picking us up with my toddler. She tried to offer me a free stroller to rent (the next day) but that was not needed as we had our own. The car seat was brand new and we were grateful for that. This whole ordeal caused us unnecessary stress especially with no live person customer service for Babyquip to contact at the beginning of our trip. ”
