“I ordered a carseat and bathtub for my toddler from Hannah. She communicated well with myself and my mom where the carseat was going. The car seat was clean and worked well throughout our trip, toddler was comfortable and fell asleep in it!. Hannah also sent me videos about how to install the car seat and the time index I the video since I was using rear-facing. The bathtub was mislabeled but she easily removed it from the reservation. She made up for it with bathtoys for my toddler. Thank you Hannah!”

“This was my first time renting from Baby Quip and Hannah made it such a great experience. We rented a pack n play, high chair, and “keep it exciting” bin which included 10 books, 10 toys, and a push walker toy which was perfect for our 11 month old. Hannah reached out ahead of time to confirm drop off logistics and had everything set up for our arrival which made a long travel day a bit easier on us. ”
