“We had the best experience. Even though she was going to be out of town herself, she still made sure we had access to our car seat rental. She was able to unlock her car through her app, so I could grab the car seat when we landed. She had great communication throughout the whole thing. And the car seat itself was in great shape and worked perfectly! Was so nice having a car seat that fit our stroller :)”
