4.5 “Delivery and pick up was very smooth and well communicated. Only issue was that one of the 3 carseats was really not clean, had hair and food and all sorts of stuff on it. It was not cleaned due to some personal matter that Stephanie had and she didnt get a chance to clean it. Ended up taking off the cover and washing it just in time for my nieces to arrive..and thoroughly vacuuming the rest. I do understand the situation but it would have been good to know in advance that the car seat was not upto standards..and that the cover required a wash.”
