“The baby gates they provided were not current plastic models like we are accustomed to or that were in the picture on the website. They provided old wooden gates that were like from the 80s with no instructions on how to use them. I contacted them twice to try to get instructions and they didn’t reply until our very last day of the rental which did not provide any help. We managed to put up one of the gates based on some instructions we found online, but it fell when our son pulled on it and he fell backwards down the stairs. This was not a safe rental and the service was horrible.”
