Alarmingly Disorganized
“I scheduled some items to be delivered before my arrival to maui for my baby, however they didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. I had to reach out to BabyQuip because no one was answering my messages/calls/texts. Once BabyQuip helped me, I reveived my items (against my will) but they were 2 days late. I had already rented items through a different company because Akamai was not answering me. So I was very surprised to come back from a beach day to find all the items I had originally ordered and did not need anymore. I then attempted to return some of the items early, which went fine (to my knowledge). But last night I reveived a text that some of the items that I had returned were never received. I responded and explained to them that I had left the items as they had asked and no one ever got back to me. So now I’m left wondering if they do have them.. or if they’re going to charge my card. This was an awful experience and I will not be using this app again. ”
