4.67 “we received a different stroller than the one we picked and when i reached out to the provider they offered to switch it for us but then never followed up with when we could switch. i called and texted several times and never received a reply. we were unable to use a stroller during our whole trip as the one we received was for a toddler and we have an infant so it was just overall very inconvenient.”
