Great last minute booking

“This was a last minute reservation I made and Danise couldn't be any more accommodating. After forgetting the stroller at home (in CT) having one dropped at our Airbnb doorstep was such a lifesaver especially since we were planning to do a TON of walking in the next couple days. Danise communication was great. Through txt she let me know what time she'sd be dropping off the stroller and we were able to arrange pick-up a few days later via txt as well. Couldn't be any easier. Extremely responsive and helpful

“Danise helped us out tremendously in a pinch. My husband and I were taking our first trip away from our kids (having family watch them at the family's home) and we realized hours into our car ride to our family's home that we forgot the pack n plays for the kids to sleep in! I Googled crib rentals and came across Babyquip. I wanted to find somewhere close to my family and Danise was very close, which made pick up, drop off and delivery very easy. While I didn't initially realize there was a "less than 24 hour booking" surcharge when booking less than 24 hours in advance, it makes sense since we needed our crib rentals for the babies that evening and we were desperate since my family had older kids but no sleep option for anyone under 2 yo. Danise was incredibly responsive and understanding. She was so flexible and accommodating and even willing to work directly with my family since my husband and I had already gotten to our destination states away when my family realized there was an issue with one of the items we received. Danise worked with my family to resolve it and when it couldn't be resolved, she credited us. Thank you so much Danise! I was glad my babies had cribs to sleep in when we forgot to bring their pack n plays.”
